Core Technologies of the Haier HWM80-316S6

The Haier HWM80-316S6 stands out by solving practical laundry issues through targeted engineering. Rather than relying on standard rotational cycles, it integrates smart hardware to optimize performance.

1. Oceanus Wave Drum & Seamless Welding

Standard washing machine drums can scrape or snag delicate fabrics over time. Haier’s Oceanus Wave Drum uses a distinct cube-shaped inner structure. When the machine spins, these smooth protrusions create a dynamic water cushion that lifts garments away from the metallic walls.

Combined with Seamless Welding Technology, the drum features hidden weep holes that prevent threads from getting caught. This ensures a deep clean while minimizing friction and fabric wear.

2. Near Zero Water Pressure (NZP) Operation

Low water pressure is a frequent issue in high-rise apartments across Dhaka. Many automatic washing machines fail to start or throw error codes if the water flow drops below a certain threshold.

Haier’s NZP Technology allows this appliance to execute complete wash cycles even under inlet pressures as low as 0.001–0.002 MPa. You no longer need to install an expensive dedicated booster pump just to run your laundry.

3. Comprehensive Anti-Bacterial Treatment (ABT)

Moist environments inside washing machines can promote the growth of mold and bacteria, causing musty odors on clean clothes. The HWM80-316S6 includes Anti-Bacterial Treatment (ABT) molded into critical components:

• The lint pulsator

• The detergent dispenser tray

• The stainless steel drum liner

This treatment eliminates over 99.9% of common bacteria and microbes, keeping the interior hygienic and ensuring every cycle remains odor-free.

User Convenience & Smart Programs

The control panel features an intuitive LED display paired with responsive push-button controls, making it accessible for all family members. It offers 8 distinct wash programs designed for specific fabric requirements.

Specialized Wash Cycles

• Hijab Care: A gentle, low-friction cycle engineered to wash delicate, lightweight fabrics like georgette, chiffon, and silk without causing pulls or tears.

• Quick Wash: A high-speed, 15-minute cycle designed to freshen up lightly soiled daily wear or office garments, saving water and electricity.

• Blanket & Jeans: High-torque settings that leverage the full power of the 800 RPM motor to clean thick denim, heavy winter blankets, and bed sheets completely.

• Tub Clean: A dedicated self-cleaning cycle that uses high-speed water jets to rinse away detergent buildup and lint from the outer drum surfaces.
